January 26, 2021 Dear Mr. Raymond Padero, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 04, 2021 04:17:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 3, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 3 as DISAPPROVED since the date of arrival to the Philippines is prior to the implementation of DOLE-AKAP and you have no documentary evidence to prove that the loss of overseas employment is on account of COVID-19. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
