April 14, 2021 Dear Mr. John Emmanuell Ramos, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 12, 2021 02:35:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 24, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 4A as APPROVED on 02/12/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the processing and release of your DOLE-AKAP financial benefit. Follow up the status with DOLE Regional Office IV-A or the nearest DOLE Provincial Office.
