Mr. Lachica be properly informed about the Freedom of Information (FOI) is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give the public with information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-AKAP application. Providing you this information is a violation of the DATA PRIVACY Law us we do not have evidence that you are the same person. We suggest you address your request to the DOLE Region 6 Director for the status of your application which was submitted on August 6, 2021. Only the DOLE Regional Directors are authorized to approve and release DOLE-AKAP funds.
