Dear Mam/Sir I would like to follow up my Dole Akap Cash Assistance which I submitted on May 6, 2021. My Application is approved and endorse for Payout but it is already 1 month since it was approved. I hope that I could claim my Cash Assistance because I am already 6 months in the Philippines since I arrived. Thank you for your request dated Aug 03, 2021 02:41:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Mr. Mamaril the Freedom of Information is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give public information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-AKAP benefit.
