September 6, 2021 Dear Mr. Harley Aniñon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 05, 2021 12:52:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on May 31, 2021 and was qualified to the DOLE-AKAP by OWWA Region 11 then forwarded to the DOLE Region XI for the processing of the financial benefit. Mr. Aninon may we clarify to you the Freedom of Information (FOI) which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give the public with information about the data, programs, services and benefits of specific government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-AKAP application which is not an information allowed to be shared to the public. Hence, we suggest you address your request to the DOLE Regional Director XI for the status of your benefits. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
