I'm asking why my status in my dole akap application is denied, even though my requirements are complete and my disembarkation from the ship is already Pandemic, General Community Quarantine, last August 2020. It's unfair to me that my request cash assistance doesn't granted but my other fellow seafarers already received their dole akap request. I hope your kind consideration.

Thank you for your request dated Mar 04, 2021 08:22:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on October 30, 2020 and was disapproved by OWWA RWO 4A since there is no record in the Shelter Departure Database to prove that you entered the quarantine facilities upon arrival.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
