November 30, 2020 Dear Ms. Jillian Ruth Rebamonte, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 28, 2020 01:10:03 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA records show that you applied online on April 14, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 5 as DISAPPROVED because you are not qualified to the DOLE-AKAP for the REASON that you are an Undocumented Worker who was repatriated on 2/17/20 with POLO certification that you were admitted at MWOFRC on 12/2/19 for temporary shelter. Your submission of application to OWWA-NCR on November 20 and 26, 2020 for endorsement to DOLE and for further consideration. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request. However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
