Ser/Mam I just want to follow up my dole akap i apply since april 12 2021 its approved since last august 12 2021 but i dont recived my payment still we need it badly caused mom is sick we need it for her medicine thank you for your fast responds god bless

Thank you for your request dated Nov 09, 2021 07:49:24 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 12, 2021 and was Qualified only after your submission of incomplete documents on 08/12/2021. Succeeding procedures on the release of financial benefit for DOLE-AKAP can be followed-up with DOLE IV-A or its nearest DOLE Provincial Office.
