I'm following up my dole akap application and asking why it's denied even though my requirements is complete. My disembarkation from my last ship was already pandemic and I have proof that I'm quarantined before coming home last August 2020. My fellow seafarers received their dole akap assistance while my application wasn't. Dole akap region 4a was unresponsive to my emails because of my lack of requirements. I hope your kind consideration.

March 8, 2021 Dear Mr. GEORGE GORDON AUKAY, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 07, 2021 03:13:29 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on October 30, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 4A as DISAPPROVED since your name does not appear in the List of OFWs in the SHELTER DEPARTURE DATABASE. Moreover, your name does not appear in the OFW Membership with active OWWA status and can be used as indicative of the reason that your disembarkation is not on account of COVID-19 but due to the termination of employment contract.
