November 26, 2020 Dear Ms. Jillian Ruth Rebamonte, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 25, 2020 08:00:51 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA records show that you applied online on April 14, 2020 and evaluated by RWO V Undocumented worker arrived in PH on 2/17/20 with POLO certification that she was admitted at MWOFRC on 12/2/19 for temporary shelter. She was recommended to the the Balik Pinay Program. You REAPPLIED on November 21, 2020 and was evaluated by NCR and endorsed to DOLE for the same program. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
