November 24, 2021 Dear Mr. Tomas Tumbali, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 22, 2021 09:45:34 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on July 5, 2021and was evaluated as PENDING by OWWA Region 2 for lacking requirements. Directly contact OWWA Region 2 for the submission of documented proofs of arrival in the Philippines, Overseas Employment Contract and a Statement of Termination of Employment (salaysayin).
