Hello, I have applied for the dole akap assistance and was sent an email days ago to submit more information which I did. The problem is, the email with the documents that I attached were not sent as I have received an email that these email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected] AREN'T WORKING and ARE NOT receiving any emails. So, in this case, how will the application come through when my email was not received?

July 6, 2021 Dear Glorie Kris Quilicot, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 06, 2021 12:58:29 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 11, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 7 as PENDING until requirements are submitted. Since the DOLE-AKAP is internet-based or online submission you really have to comply and submit the requirements. You can contact the OWWA Region 7 through the official email address posted at the OWWA Website: www.owwa.gov.ph. for an appointment. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
