OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 4, 2021 and was DISAPPROVED by OWWA-CARAGA for no submission of required documentary evidence. Then, you reapplied on July 16, 2021 without complying to the previous evaluation results. Mr. Reserva the DOLE-AKAP application is evaluated by OWWA using the OFW Verification System. Hence, kahit po saan at ilan beses po kayo mag-apply, the System will block succeeding reapplication. This is a safeguard feature of the System to prevent double availment of programs and benefits. OWWA CARAGA sent text messages to inform you to submit the required documentary evidence to prove that LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT on account of COVID-19 but you did not respond to their messages to you. It is for your good to coordinate with OWWA-CARAGA or if you prefer, make an appeal to the DOLE Regional Office nearest you for reconsideration. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request. However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
