I'm please asking for the status of the cash assistance application from OWWA-Dole Akap under VON SANTOS NIDER. I have checked the dole-akap STATUS INQUIRY and it says there my application has been approved but until now I have NOT received any txt message from Dole-Akap/OWWA to claim the money. Other OFW who applied later after me already received a text message already except me. I humbly ask for a response on this matter. I have been emailing Dole-Akap NCR and tried contacting the OWWA hotline but they're very hard to reach. Always not available. Thank you.

OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 14, 2020 and December 26, 2020 and were evaluated by OWWA-RWO 3 as APPROVED on 12/15/2020. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office III for the release of your financial benefits.
