November 29, 2020 Dear Mr. Frank Llagas, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 26, 2020 04:09:11 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA records show that you applied online on October 6 and 7, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 5 as DISAPPROVED/DENIED because the reason for termination from employment is not related to COVID-19. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
