Dear Mr. Tirso Olito,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Feb 19, 2021 10:50:57 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 30, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 4A as DISAPPROVED due to NO PROOF of date of arrival in the Philippines which is evidenced in the arrival visa stamped at your valid passport or a presentation of an airline ticket with Boarding Pass. Neither, you failed to submit a document to prove that your loss of overseas employment is on account of COVID-19.
Furthermore, you REAPPLIED on February 17, 2021 and is on cue from an evaluator from OWWA-RWO 4A. If you did not submit the required documentary evidences, your application will again be DISAPPROVED. Be informed that OWWA has a "state-of-the-art" Verification System which integrates and captures OFW databases.
