October 27, 2021 Dear Mr. JOVIE CANDALLA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2021 04:01:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 20, 2021 and was QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP by OWWA Region 3. Succeeding procedure for the release of financial benefit is handled by DOLE Region III. Follow up with DOLE Region III or nearest DOLE Provincial office.
