Our records show that you applied online on May 13, 2020 and is on cue for an evaluator from OWWA Region 3. Once an evaluator is available to validate the documents you submitted and your OFW data in the OWWA Membership System, he/she will notify you be email or phone for the next steps. There are expected delays in the processing of the DOLE-AKAP Applications due to the poor internet connections due to the volume of applicants and evaluators who are accessing DOLE-OWWA AKAP system. Rest assured that the evaluators will notify you as soon as they have completed the assessment of your submitted requirements. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
