Hello, I would like to follow up my DOLE-AKAP assistant, I applied last year Feb 7, 2021, and it was approved last MARCH 2021, unfortunately as of this moment I haven't received any information or details from your office DOLE/OWWA Region 4A. any updates for this. Thanks April B. Arcilla

March 7, 2022 Dear Ms. APRIL ARCILLA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 07, 2022 02:54:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Ms. Arcilla we find it difficult to check your identity since the snapshot of your passport is not clear. Hence, we can not validate the status of your DOLE-AKAP. However, if you submitted your application at OWWA Region 4A in 2021, your application is already with the DOLE Regional Office IV-A at Calamba City for the release of financial assistance. Be properly informed that the role of OWWA Region 4A is to check the correctness and completeness of your online application then recommend the QUALIFICATION of your DOLE-AKAP to the DOLE Regional Office IV-A. It is the Department of Labor and Employment that is mandated to release the DOLE-AKAP financial assistance. Therefore, direct make your follow-up with the DOLE hotline 1348. Try also the DOLE-FOI and if there is no respond within 7 days, you may inform the Citizen's Complaint at the hotline 8888. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
