As to date, the OWWA Verification System has NO RECORD of an online DOLE-AKAP Application submitted by Vincent Rex Alojado Teologo. Reapply using the OWWA APPS or at www.doleowwa-akap.owwa.gov.ph. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
