September 9, 2020 Dear Mr. Mark Kevin Cachuela, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 05, 2020 09:16:22 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch regarding an update of your DOLE-AKAP application. As per record, you applied online on April 28, 2020 at OWWA NCR and you application remains pending until you are able to submit a copy of your employment contract. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
