May 8, 2021 Dear Ms. Wenriz Balmes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 07, 2021 02:02:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on March 1, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 4A as approved or QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the processing and release of your financial benefit. You can follow up the status of your financial assistance from DOLE Regional Office IV-A or its nearest provincial office. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
