Hi I would like to follow up the feed back about my approved DOLE AKAP application. DOLE AKAP application #: 637282 submitted August 30, 2021. I emailed region 4A but no response. Thank you.

September 10, 2021 Dear Shirley Gonzales, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 09, 2021 11:03:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Dole AKAP. Response to Request Good day. Upon checking our records,wala pa po sa amin ang inyong application. Marahil ay nasa OWWA pa po at di pa naipo-forward sa amin for funding. Please be informed that once your approved application was forwarded to us by OWWA4A and the fund is available, we will process the said assistance as soon as possible. As of now, we are still waiting for the funds alloted for AKAP. The remittance center (USSC/Western Union) will be the one to inform you as to when you can claim your P10k cash assistance. Regarding the status of your application, please check with your tracker system doleakaptracker.owwa.gov.ph. Kindly wait for the "endorsed for payout" status in the tracking system.
