Hi,Today july 9 4:47pm i call DOLE who incharge for DOLE akap releasing of DOLE akap financially cash assitance they told me that they didnt endorsed yet my DOLE akap application to them but i have proof and email came from DOLE Command Center.based on the OWWA local akap Monitoring system.your application been approved june 10,2021 AND ENDORSED TO THE CONCERNED DOLE REGIONAL OFFICE FOR PROCESSING OF PAYMENT..emailed by DOLE Command Center on june 15,2021.. Why the DOLE in Region 4a says when i call them is Not yet endorsed by OWWA?? Please Help me Thank you and more power

July 12, 2021 Dear Maribel Mendigoria, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 09, 2021 05:39:03 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for DOLE akap. Response to Request Good day. Upon checking with our records, your approved application is not yet forwarded to us by OWWA4A for funding. You may contact OWWA Region 4A with this contact numbers 0917-536-94-36 / 0963-476-08-35; 049-523-7857 / 7418, as to when did they endorsed your application to us. We don't know why the tracking system status always says it is already endorsed to us or for some, the status is for pay out. But in fact, the applications are not yet with us. There are some applications that are already endorsed to DOLE4A, but it is still waiting for funds. Still the funds will come from OWWA. Please be informed that once it is forwarded to us and the fund is available, we will process the said assistance as soon as possible. The remittance center (Western Union/USSC) will be the one to inform you as to when you can claim your P10k cash assistance. Thank you. Respectfully, Josefina Pugate FOI Receiving Officer
