'm asking for the status of the cash assistance application from OWWA-Dole Akap under GAIN PIRING MANDANI. I have checked the dole-akap tracker and it says there my application has been approved but until now I have NOT received any txt message from Dole-Akap/OWWA to claim the money. Other OFW who applied after me already received a text message except for me. so unfair! I humbly ask for a response on this matter. I have been emailing Dole-Akap PAMPANGA and tried contacting the OWWA hotline but they're very hard to reach. Always not available. I am very frustrated already. Thank you.
