Hi! i would like to request the change of claimant in my DOLE AKAP Payout. We already received notification from OWWA and the reference number. But i cant claim the money because im in kuwait right now. I would like to request the change claimant to JIMMY ZAPATERO GEROZA my husband aso that we can claim the AKAP assistance. We asked how can we change the name of the claimant?Hope you answered right now. Thank you.
