Hi,
My Name is Regin Ocarol. I arrived in the Philippines last October 26, 2020. I filled for dole-akap Cash assistance on December 28, 2020. The application sent successfully but I did not get any tracking no. and Did not receive an email confirmation as well. Just wanna make a follow-up and make sure if the request went through? also, I want to know when can I receive it? Hope you can help me ASAP Thanks

Thank you for your request dated Jan 06, 2021 09:26:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application.
OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on December 28, 2020 and is on cue for an evaluator from OWWA-RWO 7. Once an evaluator is available to validate the documents you submitted with the OFW Membership database, you will be notified by email or phone for the next steps.
The OWWA Verification System issues automatically a One-Time Pin (OTP) to track your DOLE-AKAP application. Track your DOLE-AKAP at: http://doleakaptracker.owwa.gov.ph.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
