Thank you for your request dated Apr 22, 2021 04:11:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 4, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 7 as APPROVED or QUALIFIED for the DOLE-AKAP on 03/02/2021. Your documents were forwarded for the processing and releasing of financial benefit to DOLE Regional Office VII. Follow-up with DOLE Region VII or nearest DOLE Provincial Office.
