Hi, would like to ask regarding my status of the cash assistance application from OWWA-Dole Akap under Glenn G. Gay. I submitted my application last Jan 20. I tried to checked it from dole-akap tracker but to no avail. I have NOT received any txt message or email from Dole-Akap/OWWA regarding the status of my application. May I humbly ask your good office to look on this matter. I already sent email to Dole-Akap CARAGA but did not received any reply from them. Hoping you can extend some assistance regarding this matter. thank you.

OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 20, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-CARAGA as PENDING for the submission of proof of employment and the termination of the employment on account of COVID-19.
