Thank you for your request dated Mar 03, 2021 04:00:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 14, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 4A as APPROVED on 04/28/2020. DOLE Regional Office IV-A processed the release of your DOLE-AKAP financial benefit on 05/04/2020. You REAPPLIED on December 2, 2020 and was DISAPPROVED by OWWA RWO 4A due to double application. Be informed that the OWWA Verification System can track the requests for benefits of an OFW anywhere in the Philippines and overseas. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
