Be reminded that the role of OWWA Region 4A is to check the correctness and completeness of your online application then recommend your DOLE-AKAP application, if QUALIFIED, to the DOLE Regional Office IV-A. It is the Department of Labor and Employment that is mandated to release the DOLE-AKAP financial assistance. Therefore, direct your follow-up with the DOLE hotline 1348. Try also the DOLE-FOI and if there is no respond within 7 days you may inform the Citizen's Complaint Center at its Hotline 8888.
