Hi! I would like to follow up my application for Dole Akap cash assistance Last may 2020 due to Covid 19. Until now im still waiting for the update for my application . Its been a long time that I cannot hear anything from your side. This is a Akap Cash assistance and needs a keen attention on your part,5 Months passed by. October 3, 2020 Dear Ms. Karla Agravantes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 01, 2020 07:01:12 PM and again on the same date at 07:17 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application OWWA records show that you applied online on 15 May 2020 and was evaluated as PENDING Processing by NCR until submission of documents regarding the reasons behind resignation from employer. With out the submission of this requirement your application is at hold. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
