Thank you for your request dated May 13, 2021 12:52:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 6, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 4A as approved or QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP on 04/06/2021. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the release of your financial benefit. You can follow up the status of your financial assistance from DOLE Regional Office IV-A or its nearest provincial office.
