BE CORRECTLY INFORMED that the DOLE-AKAP is a program of the Department of Labor and Employment and not OWWA. It is only appropriate that you contact the DOLE Regional 4A office or its DOLE Provincial Office in Batangas for your request to change the claimant of the financial assistance. Moreover, the OFW Information data base shows that you applied on February 15, 2021 and the DOLE-AKAP financial assistance was released on 06/09/2022 to a remittance center. Details as to the claims codes and remittance center were forwarded to your contact number and internet mail. BE REMINDED that there is a period limit to claim your DOLE-AKAP financial assistance.
