May 26, 2022 Dear Mr. Marlon Coronado, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2022 05:05:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 13, 2021 at QUALIFIED kayo sa DOLE-AKAP. Magtanong sa DOLE-Regional Office 4A sa Calamba City or DOLE Provincial Office sa Batangas at hindi po sa OWWA. Tanging DOLE lang ang pwedeng magpalit ng claimants sa fiancial assistance ng DOLE-AKAP. TAMANG IMPORMASYON sa DOLE-AKAP : (1) Eto ay programa ng Department of Labor and Employment. (2) Tanging opisina ng DOLE Regional at Provincial Offices ang authorized na mag proseso ng ayuda na Php 10,000.00. at (3) Lahat ng katanungan ukol sa DOLE AKAP ay sa DOLE Regional or Provincial Offices isanguni.
