I would like to ask how to claim the DOLE AKAP Assistance from abroad. I am an OFW in Kuwait but I was locked out in the Philippines for 6 months from March to August. I applied for the assistance last April, and I learned days ago, November 14, via text message that I have been marked qualified for the assistance. I already received the MLhuillher Reference Number, but I don't know how to claim it since I left for work abroad again, just last September. I am unable to claim it myself in any of the branches in the Philippines since I am now in Kuwait. How do I claim the said assistance?
