Thank you for your request dated May 31, 2022 01:01:03 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for a tracking number to claim the DOLE-AKAP financial assistance of OFW Mr. Hezron Jervie Limpiado Dondriano. Be informed that Mr. Dondriano did not provide your name as his claimant. Therefore, you must get an authorization from the OFW and go directly to DOLE Regional Office IVA or the DOLE Provincial Office in Cavite. The OWWA follows strictly the provisions of the Data Privacy Law while we support the free access to public information. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: [email protected].
