Hi Ma'am/Sir, Ako po si Reymar S. Gahay, gusto ko lang pong itanong dito sa reply niyo po " OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 26, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 10 as DISAPPROVED since your name does not appear in the Shelter Database for quarantine of OFWs." Bakit po wala yung name ko sa Database? Ano po ang kailangan ko gawin? Sana po matulungan nyo po ako. Salamat.

March 23, 2021 Dear Mr. Reymar Gahay, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 19, 2021 11:40:06 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on Mr. Gahay we have reviewed the OWWA Verification System and your name does not appear in the Shelter Data Base. You are at the better position to answer your own question why your name is not found in the list. Did you follow the Health Protocol for Quarantine which requires at least 5 days in a facility provided by the government? You have to follow the requirements of DOLE-AKAP. Contact the OWWA RWO 10. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
