Good Day! I just wanted to follow up regarding on my application for cash assistance. I went back here in the philippines last Sept 1, 2020 filled the form and submitted the necessary details last Sept 2, 2020. I want to know when I will receive the money intended for a OFW like me. Just reply as soon as possible.

October 29, 2020 Dear Mr. Melvin Britanico, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 28, 2020 02:37:08 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA records show that you applied online on 02 September 2020 and was evaluated as PENDING by OWWA Region 4A until you submit a proof of loss of employment due to COVID-19. The required proof has to submitted online at [email protected]. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
