Good day Ma'am/Sir, I'm Reymar S. Gahay, I request to follow-up my application dole-akap cash assistance. I submitted my application Last Feb. 23, 2021. Denied po daw kasi yung application ko po at sabi ng OWWA Region 10 wala po daw ang name ko sa database nila at wala daw yung name ko sa uwian list portal nila. Bakit naman wala po yung name ko sa list? Ang OWWA po nag-accomodate nung pag-uwi ko. Sa OWWA Main NCR nalang po daw ako mag-appeal sa concern ko. Sana po matulungan niyo po ako ma'am/sir.
