Ako po si Shella Alonzo Gabriel nais ko lamang po i follow up ang aking Aplikasyon sa Dole Akap Assistance Noong Hunyo 30 2021, Tumatawag po ako sa 1348 at binigay naman nila ang mga numero na aking dapat tawagan ngunit sa dami ng numero na binigay sa akin wala ni isang sumagot kahit sa email walang nag rereply, kayat nag request po ako dito baka sakaling may makapansin na, salamat po Godbless you

March 3, 2022 Dear Ms. Shella Gabriel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 02, 2022 03:49:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. The OWWA Verification System show that you applied online on June 30, 2021 and was Qualified to the DOLE-AKAP. Your application is with the DOLE Regional Office III for the processing and release of financial assistance. We are so sorry about your experience with the DOLE Hotline and the office numbers they gave you which did not make any response to your queries. We would like to reiterate that OWWA's role in the DOLE-AKAP is to validate the completeness and correctness of your online submission. Once the OWWA evaluators have completed the task your application is forwarded to the DOLE Regional Office. Only the Department of Labor and Employment is mandated to release the DOLE-AKAP financial assistance kaya nga po binigay namin ang DOLE Hotline 1348 sa inyo. Nasubikan na ba ninyo ang DOLE-FOI? Kasi po sa OWWA FOI kayo nag follow-up imbis na dapat sana ay sa DOLE-FOI mismo po. Makikita ninyo po sa DOLE website: www.dole.gov.ph ang FOI seal kung saan pwede po ninyong isulat ang inyong katanungan. Kung hindi po kayo masagot ng DOLE-FOI sa loob ng 7 days sa Hotline 8888 Complaint Center na po kayo sumangguni.
