Hi! i am Jerome Felipe,Seafarer , i just want to ask what is the reason why until now there is no Dole Akap Assistance released for the application that i filed last year ? and also in your web App .it is already released but i dont received any tracking # through texts or email .. Thank you for your request dated May 02, 2021 04:33:08 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on August 8, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA NCR on 12/11/2020 as approved or qualified to the DOLE-AKAP. Your documents were forwarded to DOLE Regional Office NCR for the processing and release of your DOLE-AKAP financial benefit. Follow up the status with DOLE Regional Office NCR. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
