I already submitted all the necessary documents needed about Dole Akap Assistance on April 19,2020 in Polo Dubai site. I just want to follow the status. Thank you

I received the response but it is still about the documents needed to apply for Dole Akap Assistance which I already submitted last April 19,2020 thru google in Polo Dubai site. My concern is what is the status of my request. Thank you and best regards.

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. We have been notified by the POLO in Dubai that your application was ready for pick-up on 03 September 2020 but you requested to get the one-time financial on 07 September 2020.
Your right to request a review
