Hi Ma'am/Sir, Ako po si Reymar S. Gahay, request ko lang po na mafollow-up yung application ko sa DOLE-AKAP. Nadisapproved po kasi ako dahil wala daw yung pangalan ko sa SHelter database nila. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung bakit wala yung name ko po. Sana matulungan nyo po ako Ma'am/Sir. Salamat po.
