Hi I would like to know the DOJ Opinions on: 1. Hiring of foreign nationals as officers in banks, regardless of bank category 2. Are foreign nationals allowed to become officers in rural banks?

Your request You requested a copy of DoJ Legal Opinion on the hiring of foreign nationals as officers in rural bank or in banks falling under a different category. Response to your request Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as the Department does not have any existing Legal Opinion on the matter. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I.
