1. Feasibility Studies, Concession/Contractual agreements, and other documents indicating the implementation/financing arrangements of the LRT-1, LRT-2, MRT-3 and their corresponding extensions;
2. Detailed chronology of events relevant to the project from the pre-feasibility up to the present (including ownership of assets, and the names of the firms involved in project implementation and O&M) of each of the urban railway projects under your purview;
3. Annual Ridership data since the start of operation for each railway system

Please be advised that the DOTr will only be processing requests directly related to the Central Office and the MRT-3 (a project office) as stated in our FOI Manual. For LRT queries, you may lodge your request to their FOI portals.

You asked for Documents Related to the Implementation of the LRT-1, LRT-2, and MRT-3.
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested because as stated in the DOTr FOI Manual, only requests concerning the Central Office and its project offices (MRT-3, MRT-7) will be processed.
LRTA and PNR are on board the portal and you may direct your other concerns to them.
