Hi I would like to obtain ALL the documents of the DPWH Camarines Norte District Engineer Office pertaining to letters and payment documents made for the project of Pres. Cory Aquino Blvd. Specifically letters and payment documents to the landowners that were affected by the construction or the project's right of way. All those before, during and after the construction of the Pres Cory Aquino Blvd and its Bridges.
