I understand that the CCP Board of Trustees had administered these awards in relation to Proclamation No. 1001 (1972), Proclamation No. 1144 (1973), Presidential Decree No. 208 (1973), and Proclamation No. 1151 (1973). My request covers all documents reflecting policies and procedures related to the NAA and IAA, e.g., Board Resolutions, research papers, recommendation letters, guidelines, and minutes of meetings (or relevant highlights thereof). I am also requesting copies of the presidential issuances that bestowed the IAA on Van Cliburn and Margot Fonteyn. Thank you for your kind assistance.
