By virtue of freedom of information and transparency, I would like to get a reply and or a copy on file of the documents of Mr Christel Arnaud Ngadima (French Teacher) which he submitted as prescribed by PNU human resource to a teaching position as a foreigner. Such as QS required by HR, teaching permits/certification from DOLE, PRC to conduct practice of teaching.

Dear Mr. Benjamin Mendillo, We regret to inform you that your request for the copy of documents of Mr. Christel Arnaud Ngadima as a part-time faculty teaching staff of the Philippine Normal University (ITL) is denied thereof. These is due to sections 11 and 12 of the University Circular No. 3, s. 2018 by virtue of Data Privacy Law. Accordingly, the University affords the full protection of person's information and data unless by any court order and full consent of person's approval for the release of his documents and data. With this, we respectfully follow the regulations set by the University and existing laws.
