Hi, I would like to clarify/ask if there's a possibility that I will be refunded of my CGT/DST payment. I bought a 220 sqm vacant lot property in last Sept 2022. As agreed with the seller, I (as the buyer) will shoulder all the expenses (DST/CGT etc). Per computation and payment, I paid Php31,020 (CGT) and Php7,755.00 (DST). Amount is based on Zonal Value (higher bet SP/MV/ZV). Per Onett, he used the zonal value of a different location. He used Php2,350 Zonal Value instead of Php1,350.00. Location of Property: AFP LOW COST HOUSING
